We have a 30-day return policy for unused product, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase we will give you the option to either return that item for a refund or return that item for store credit so that you can find the right product for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or if you have a return question, you can contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on wholesale items or gift cards.
TO REDUCE FRAUD, NEW ORDERS THAT DO NOT HAVE MATCHING BILL TO AND SHIP TO ADDRESSES WILL BE CANCELLED! SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.
If you share a locked box in your neighborhood or have reason to be concerned about theft of packages left in your mailbox or at your front door, we strongly encourage you to pay extra for signature confirmation. If tracking proves your package was delivered, we cannot be responsible for what happens after delivery.
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, usually within 48 hours unless you are notified an item is on backorder. Exceptions are for significant holiday seasons in which you will be notified of a delay.

We currently ship domestically in the United States.
